Terms of Use

These terms regulate all users of WidenShop.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions and visits to WidenShop.com. These conditions regulate sales to individual buyers. WidenShop.com reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. There is no guarantee that the content of WidenShop.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. WidenShop.com may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the webshop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through WidenShop.com is performed and concerned for by outside organisations. In situations where WidenShop.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities and cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site.

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your purchase. Please keep this confirmation and check that it is correct. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team. Have your confirmation on hand when contacting customer service as this will help make the process run smoother and quicker. If you want to cancel or change your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days from the time the customer receives the dispatch confirmation email for standard delivery for orders placed by credit/debit card. Some products may be in high demand and they may have a slightly longer delivery time. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail.

We reserve the right to end sales in the event that we run out of stock. We also reserve the right to change prices where additional costs occur. Sometimes it occurs that the goods you have ordered are out of stock. An email will be sent to you within 7 days informing you of this situation.

Transport

If goods are damaged or lost during transport between the customer and WidenShop.com you must notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours. If goods are damaged or missing when making an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for payment.

Payment conditions

There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the checkout.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. WidenShop.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Credit Card payment

If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be no extra charges. We accept credit card payments from VISA and MasterCard. When you pay with your credit card the payment will be managed by our payment provider for a quick, smooth and safe payment.

Return policy

We at widenshop.com want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at widenshop.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days (Sweden only), provided that the goods be returned in original condition and not in any way being worn or used. Package with the broken seal will not be accepted in return. The return should include original packaging and brand labels. If an item delivered is wrong, we will of course pay for the return postage.

Return postage

When returning a package from WidenShop.com you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. In cases where you exchange a product and have the right to be compensated by us (wrong product delivered or if the product in some way is broken or faulty), we offer you free return postage. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving WidenShop.com.

If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. Remember that the refund will register on the same day as when you made the purchase so you will need to check your transaction record to confirm you have received the refund. It can take up to 30 days to receive your refund. Please note, if the item is returned we have the right to charged a 20% restocking fee.

Complaint

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will pay for return delivery in such cases.

Unclaimed package

We register every IP-number when purchasing from WidenShop.com. If a package is unclaimed and returned we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return delivery. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be barred from shopping at WidenShop.com.

Order Cancellation

If you purchase an order you have 24 hours to cancel the order. Failing to cancel within 24 hour period, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This is due to the fact that your order has been processed and we can not cancel it instantly as it may be in the processing in the warehouse, ready for collection or in transit with the shipping company. We will need to have the item re-entered into our system which takes time and manpower. Thank you for your understanding.

Privacy Policy

All personal information saved at WidenShop.com will be handled with most care. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. You have the right at any time to know what information is kept about you by sending an email to support@widenshop.com

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, WidenShop.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract can in such cases be partially or fully terminated. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar.

Governing Law

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
